SheerSEO software can track multiple search terms positions in Google and Yahoo. This automatic monitoring will be done once a week and can save you a lot of time spent on gathering this information.
Each of the desired search terms will be searched for in the 200 first positions in Google and Yahoo.

You can choose to see the results on either Yahoo or Google.
The data will also show your website’s URL that is found on the search results. Each result has links to historical data on that search term and to the keyword density data on the URL that is found on the search results.
