There are 2 graphs on top. The left graph just shows the "keyword density", which is the number of times each keyword appears on the page and the percentage of that search term in the overall amount of keywords in the page.

The Graph on the right shows "keyword weight", which is the volume each keyword is taking from the page, taking the HTML tags into consideration. So, Title has more weight than H1, which has more weight than regular text.
